Every organization within the automotive supply chain is obliged to ensure the safety and conformity of its products. To this end, in the respective countries and regions current legal statutes on product integrity must be observed, also the justifiable safety expectations of the general public must be fulfilled. With products conspicuously “unsafe” in the market, or whose conformity to legal requirements is questionable, those responsible are obliged to initiate the necessary actions. Along with the release of VDA Volume Product Integrity, Volkswagen and BMW Group already updated their requirements for suppliers (click to know more), that suppliers in their database should nominate a Product Safety & Conformity Representative (PSCR), the VDA PI standard will be part of the contract in the future, the implementation should no later than 4th Quarter, 2020. 

How to become a qualified PSCR:

For trainees can take 2-day “Product Safety & Conformity Representative (PSCR) (ID 503)” training (Public Training fee: 5,000 RMB/person, VAT included)

After completed participating training above, as well as successful passing the knowledge test, the participant will receive a PSCR qualification certificate issued by VDA QMC China. The certificate are accepted by Volkswagen Group China and BMW China.
